Gorilla Corporation acquired European Marketing Technology company

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, USA, March 2, 2021 – Gorilla Corporation, a leader in global partner marketing technologies and services, today announced they have acquired MarketingXpress, a software company that specializes in building channel marketing platforms, based out of Rotterdam, Netherlands.

MarketingXpress became of interest to Gorilla, due to its specifically developed through channel marketing automation (TCMA) platform named Partner Pulse™, which fits perfectly into Gorilla’s portfolio. The platform enhances Gorilla’s current offerings and will serve the customer base with a broader ecosystem and more advanced capabilities.

The acquisition of MarketingXpress fits into Gorilla’s strategy of developing the most robust technology portfolio in the channel ecosystem. The acquisition will also strengthen Gorilla Corporation by MarketingXpress’s CEO Maarten Elsenaar joining as its new CTO, accompanied by the MarketingXpress R&D and Engineering Team.
