Join Carlo, Gilles, & Aaron as they discuss how you, as a Vendor, can bring value to your Partners

In our previous episodes we presented the partner ecosystems challenges and some solutions aimed at remedying these, how to structure your partnership ecosystems leveraging our 6 dimensions of the partnership matrix,  the necessity, benefits, and framework of a partnership strategy, and most recently the taxonomy of partners.

In this fifth episode of our “Partnership Ecosystems Improvement” series, we will dive into your value to your partners. From front-end to back-end margins and everything in between.  We will present you with a set of ideas and concepts aimed at capturing the interest and some of the mindshare from your existing and prospective partners. These ideas will provide you with the ability to build a more differentiated value proposition for your partner ecosystems.

We will look at questions like:

  • What do you as a Vendor bring to the ecosystem?
  • What are your differentiators?
  • What is your value proposition?
  • What is your product market fit?
  • How does your partner benefit from your program?
